What is laser ablation?

Once Dr. Kamran and his certified ultrasound techs have mapped out the problem vein, a local anesthetic is applied. Then, a tiny laser fiber is inserted into the varicose vein. As the fiber is removed, it seals the vein shut to prevent blood from pooling in the faulty vein again.
